About Us

Writer, actress, yoga teacher, language teacher, interpreter, home renovator - I have always looked to expand beyond a single definition. I was born in Budapest, Hungary and grew up in a kibbutz in Israel. My insatiable curiosity and love for languages has led me to live in some of the most remote parts of the world as well as some of the most exciting cities. I quickly learned how to "make something out of nothing." A storyteller and community builder, I thrive on good company and inspiring conversations.

I have been a yoga practitioner and teacher for over two decades. My style is eclectic, drawing on my 350 hour Yoga Teacher Training in India and years of practice with teachers in Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Yin and Kundalini yoga in London and Montreal. I am inspired by both Eastern philosophy and Western psychology. I encourage a deeper practice that incorporates all the eight limbs of yoga and not only its physical component.

Yogic principles of simplicity, authenticity and non-attachment are at the heart of my approach to home renovation and design. Years of moving have taught me that there is always a creative solution that needn't be expensive.

I look forward to sharing my knowledge with you, as well as hearing your unique story. Namaste.

What SOME PEOPLE Are Saying

"If I were to sum up Imola's gift in one sentence (not an easy task!) I'd say she has the incredible ability to make something out of nothing. With little resources but a lot of creativity and passion she can transform a place, a situation and a path to a truly inspiring one. It remains a mystery to me as to how she does it, but I suspect that passion, dedication and determination has something to do with it. And a whole lot of joy."   Rachel
